Welcome to TixCasa. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TixCasa website located at tixcasa.com (the “Service”), operated by Digital Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TixCasa is a ticket discovery platform. We aggregate and display ticket listings from third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, TickPick, and SeatGeek.
TixCasa does not sell tickets. We do not own, hold, or distribute any tickets. When you click on a listing, you are redirected to a third-party platform where the actual transaction takes place. That platform's terms of service, privacy policy, refund policy, and customer support govern your purchase.
TixCasa earns commissions through affiliate partnerships with ticket marketplaces. When you click a link on our site and complete a purchase on a partner platform, we may receive a commission. This commission does not increase the price you pay for your ticket.
Our goal is to present accurate, unbiased ticket listings. Affiliate relationships do not influence the ranking or display order of ticket listings.
While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date pricing, we cannot guarantee that all information on TixCasa is complete, current, or error-free. Ticket prices, availability, fees, and event details are sourced from third-party platforms and are subject to change at any time without notice.
All-in pricing displayed on TixCasa reflects our best effort to include all fees. However, the final price is determined by the third-party seller at checkout. We recommend verifying the total cost on the seller's site before completing your purchase.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from: ticket purchases made through third-party platforms; inaccurate pricing or availability information; event cancellations, postponements, or changes; unauthorized access to your account; or any other matter relating to the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TixCasa regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
