No. TixCasa does not sell, hold, or distribute tickets. We display listings from third-party platforms. When you click on a listing, you're taken directly to that platform to complete your purchase.
Yes, 100% free. No account required, no fees, no catch. We make money through affiliate commissions from our partner platforms, which never affects the price you pay.
No. You can search and browse tickets without creating an account. In the future, we may offer optional accounts for features like price alerts and saved events.
Search for your event, browse prices across platforms, and click the listing you want. You'll be redirected to the ticket platform (StubHub, Ticketmaster, etc.) to complete your purchase directly with them.
We pull real-time pricing data from each platform. Prices can change quickly based on demand, so the price you see on TixCasa should be very close to the price on the seller's site. Always verify the final total at checkout.
We do our best to show all-in prices that include service fees. However, the final price is determined by the seller's platform at checkout. Some platforms may add additional fees. We recommend checking the total before completing your purchase.
Since your purchase is made through a third-party platform (not TixCasa), refund policies are handled by that platform. Check the seller's refund policy before buying. Most major platforms offer buyer guarantees.
